Please note: Bookings are required for all adult classes. Monday: Ballet Beginners - 10:30am ~ 11:45am
Ballet Intermediate - 11:45am ~ 1:00pm Technical Class - 1:00pm ~ 1:30pm (BMGC unique class) (Students are requried to take Intermediate class before joining)
Wednesday:
Ballet Basic - 9:30am ~ 10:45am Ballet Jr 1 - 3:30pm ~ 4:30pm (Prep to year 2) Ballet Jr 2 - 4:30pm ~ 5:30pm (Year 2 and over) Ballet Beginners - 6:00pm ~ 7:15pm

Introduction to Ballet - 9:00am ~ 10:00am
Ballet Basic - 10:00am ~ 11:15am Pre-Point - 11:20am ~ 11:50am (Participation in pre-point class needs prior approval. Students are requried to take Ballet Beginners class before joining) Open level - 6:00pm ~ 7:15pm (Brand new BMGC unique class) All welcome (with the exception of *Introduction to Ballet* level dancers) Open level ballet class may have occasional guest teachers! *Ballet Basic assumes a basic level of ballet knowledge. Positions, simple steps and an understanding of basic ballet terminology. Suitable for those that attended ballet as a child or have 6 months or more experience in ballet class as an Adult. *Ballet Beginners is designed for new dancers that have completed our Introduction to Ballet 10 week course or have at least a couple of months experience in ballet class as an Adult.

Teacher: Mrs Fusako Skelton:
Fusako began her classical ballet training in Japan.At the age of 16 she was accepted toThe Bolshoi Ballet Acadamey (МГАХ) in Moscow Russia. Graduating with a diploma of dance and achieving the highest possible rating of 5 star excellence.
Professional Career:Fusako started her professional career with K-Ballet company in Tokyo, Japan. Fusako quickly gained the opportunity to perform soloist roles in ballets such as Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Coppelia and Don Quixote to name just a few. During her time dancing in Europe Fusako was invited to perfrom as the Prima Ballerina in London with the Vienna Festival Ballet company in their production of Swan Lake and The Sleeping Beauty.
Teaching Credentials:
Fusako commenced her role as a guest teacher for ballet schools in Japan in 2006. After choosing Australia as her residence alongside her husband, fellow ballet professional David Skelton, they established roots, and it was there that Fusako began imparting the art of classical ballet to students spanning from 3-year-olds to individuals in their 80s.
Following their time in Perth and Canberra, Fusako and David found their forever home on the Gold Coast, where Fusako turned her dream of establishing her own Ballet School in Robina into reality.
During her stay in Canberra, Fusako choreographed ballets for the National Capital Ballet School and occasionally returns as a guest teacher for the Canberra Dance Theatre. She also makes regular trips to Japan to lead Ballet classes.
With over 15 years of international teaching experience, Fusako has a unique passion and skill for teaching adults. Making ballet accessible and enjoyable for adults of all skill levels has become a cornerstone of her teaching philosophy, as Fusako believes in creating an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone to embrace the joy of ballet.
